Hi, my name is Glenn and for more than 25 years I have been working in the insurance industry. My first job was as a life insurance agent for an international insurer. Later on, I decided to get into selling property insurance. This developed into a medium-sized independent brokerage that dealt mostly with commercial businesses. Then I worked for large international Brokers dealing with Business Companies. Because of all these experiences, I am very experienced when it comes down to talking to entrepreneurs about protecting their businesses and how to transfer them to the next generation. For individual people and families, I have numerous ideas on how to protect their family lifestyle and plan for retirement.
I wanted to share some of my insights about the insurance industry with all of you. Hopefully, this will give you a better understanding of how the industry works and what you should look out for when buying insurance products.

Choosing the Right Insurance Plan
The type of insurance plan you need depends on many factors such as your age, health, employment status, lifestyle choices, and whether you own any assets that need protection or your future income potential.
For example, if you are young and healthy, you may not need as much Health Insurance coverage now as someone who is older. When are young and healthy is the time to buy Life Insurance or Income Protection compared to being older and having pre-existing medical conditions? On the other hand, if you own a home or a business, you will need enough coverage to protect your assets in the event of early death or accident or sickness.
The most important thing is to make sure that you are adequately insured against any potential risks so that you can rest assured knowing that you and your loved ones are protected financially in case of an unforeseen event.
